Creative Consensus, Inc. publishes experiential exercises and cases for use in a variety of educational settings.

The materials have been used very successfully in educational programs for MBAs, corporate executives, and non-profit organizations. Although the materials are appropriate for a number of teaching purposes, many of those who use them find them especially effective in the areas of negotiation, general management, human resource management, and strategy.

Teaching notes and PowerPoint slides are available for many of the exercises, so that the instructor has a suggested approach for managing the learning experience. Most of the materials are highly compatible with various textbooks.

The materials published by Creative Consensus, Inc. are supplied electronically, on a licensing basis. Many instructors customize the materials to tailor them to their exact learning objectives, which is encouraged, provided that the materials always display a prominent footnote acknowledging that the intellectual property rights remain with Creative Consensus, Inc. even when the text has been modified.

The author of these materials is Dr. Leonard Greenhalgh, a senior professor at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. For the past 25 years, he has been teaching corporate executives, business owners, non-profit managers, and MBA students how to run organizations, develop and implement their strategies, negotiate effectively, resolve conflicts, and manage working relationships. This broad teaching experience--and the research program that underpins it--gave rise to the set of teaching materials that Creative Consensus distributes.
